The skill scans a bot with subagents (never runs it) and writes HANDOVER.md, an 11-section ops guide in the operator's order: where is what, how to run, how long to wait, after the run, how to see an exception, exception list, how you will know, how to tell us, don'ts, issues seen before. Dev material (check against 12 failure classes from Tebra Auto Post, gaps with file:line, incidents) goes to HANDOVER-DEV.md. Also adds ADR-0004, glossary terms, five fixture bots and a handoff eval runner (--resume, --regrade) with results from 47 runs of the earlier 13-section version. The grader still expects that structure and must be updated before the next eval run. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

| Skill | What it does |
|---|---|
rpa-run-tab |
Adds a Tebra-style Run tab (Trigger button, Excel input, progress, live log, checkpoints) to a desktop PyQt6 bot in about 5 minutes. |
rpa-dashboard-no-ai |
Builds a full dashboard (run panel, overview, report, optional checkpoints, admin and login) for a bot with no AI. Desktop or web. |
rpa-dashboard-ai |
The same dashboard, plus confidence bands, review-and-approve and a cost/ROI page, for a bot that uses an LLM or OCR. Install it together with rpa-dashboard-no-ai. |
sql-review |
Reviews SQL code (SQL Server + pyodbc) against 10 rules through a subagent and writes every issue with a before/after fix plan to query_tracker.md. Read-only. |
rpa-bot-handoff |
Writes the ops guide HANDOVER.md for a bot being handed over: which tab shows what, how to run, how long to wait, where the report is, how to see an exception, how to tell the dev team. Also writes HANDOVER-DEV.md with a check against 12 failure classes from Tebra Auto Post. |
