+MISF VOB Download — Production (Windows)

+
+Double-click MISF_VOB_Download.exe to run the full facility download workflow.
+
+FIRST-TIME SETUP
+----------------
+1. Copy Input\input.xlsx.example to Input\input.xlsx
+2. Open Input\input.xlsx and fill:
+   - Sheet1: OneDrive Username, Password, Microsoft TOTP Secret
+   - Facilities: one facility name per row (Planner search text)
+3. Keep chrome-win\chrome-win\ (chrome.exe + chromedriver.exe) in this folder.
+   Browser starts minimized in background. No separate Chromium install required.
+4. Optional: copy .env.example to .env for credentials instead of Excel
+

+- Double-click MISF_VOB_Download.exe
+- A console window shows progress; press Enter when finished to close
+- For scheduled tasks (no pause): set environment variable MISF_NO_PAUSE=1

+------------
+- Windows 10/11
+- Network access to Microsoft 365 / Planner
+- chrome-win\ folder with portable Chromium (or system Chromium / CHROMIUM_PATH)
+- Progress log: Output\<date>\logs\download.log (no console window when using .exe)
+
+Keep MISF_VOB_Download.exe, _internal, and chrome-win together in the project root
+(same directory as Input and Output).
