MISF VOB Download — Production (Windows)
|
|

|
|
|
|
Double-click MISF_VOB_Download.exe to run the full facility download workflow.
|
|
|
|
FIRST-TIME SETUP
|
|
----------------
|
|
1. Copy Input\input.xlsx.example to Input\input.xlsx
|
|
2. Open Input\input.xlsx and fill:
|
|
- Sheet1: OneDrive Username, Password, Microsoft TOTP Secret
|
|
- Facilities: one facility name per row (Planner search text)
|
|
3. Keep chrome-win\chrome-win\ (chrome.exe + chromedriver.exe) in this folder.
|
|
Browser starts minimized in background. No separate Chromium install required.
|
|
4. Optional: copy .env.example to .env for credentials instead of Excel
|
|
|
|
RUN
|
|
---
|
|
- Double-click MISF_VOB_Download.exe
|
|
- A console window shows progress; press Enter when finished to close
|
|
- For scheduled tasks (no pause): set environment variable MISF_NO_PAUSE=1
|
|
|
|
OUTPUT
|
|

- Output\<date>\Original\<facility>\ — downloaded PDFs
|
|
- Output\<date>\Summary\Download_Summary_<date>.xlsx
|
|
- Output\<date>\logs\download.log

REQUIREMENTS
|
|

|
- Windows 10/11
|
|
- Network access to Microsoft 365 / Planner
|
|
- chrome-win\ folder with portable Chromium (or system Chromium / CHROMIUM_PATH)
|
|
- Progress log: Output\<date>\logs\download.log (no console window when using .exe)
|
|
|
|
Keep MISF_VOB_Download.exe, _internal, and chrome-win together in the project root
|
|
(same directory as Input and Output).
|
