## Project hand-off

The hand-off and the hard rules live in `Context.md` at the repo root. Read its section 7 "Working agreements" first: never commit `run.py` or `Dom.txt`; no claim ids, patient data or credentials in tracked files or Jira; keep `SAVE_CORRECTIONS=0`; live eCW is read-only, close claims with Cancel.
