Project hand-off
The hand-off and the hard rules live in Context.md at the repo root. Read its section 7 "Working agreements" first: never commit run.py or Dom.txt; no claim ids, patient data or credentials in tracked files or Jira; keep SAVE_CORRECTIONS=0; live eCW is read-only, close claims with Cancel.
