Fixes from the finish review of the natural owl:
- thinner glasses frames, closer to the user's reference owl
- smile-eyes on success instead of flat half-lids
- the page no longer shifts when an error appears; the card grows down
- invalid field keeps a red outline while focused
- stars stay clear of the title, owl and card
- softer ear tufts, warm glow under the owl, larger owl on desktop
DESIGN.md and .impeccable/design.json record the shipped system.

First UI for the ops team: a local sign-in page where an owl sits on
the card, watches the password field as you type, shakes its head on
a wrong password and hops on the right one. Uses a test password for
now; where the real G2 password lives is still undecided.
Also adds PRODUCT.md (product context for UI work) and the page's
design brief under .impeccable/surfaces/.

The bot, tests and .exe build use none of them. They stay in Git
history (902ff93) if the old logic is ever needed.

src/ now holds only the running bot (ChargeBilledAutomation.py,
cms1500_text.py) and its build spec. The 7 Apr and 21 Apr versions,
the Document AI trials, their specs and the copied PyInstaller notes
move to src/old/ unchanged.

Waystar Charge Billed Report bot. Reads CMS-1500 claim PDFs from the
text layer (src/cms1500_text.py) instead of Google Document AI.
Dependencies managed with uv (Python 3.12). Secrets, PHI and build
output are git-ignored.
